To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Willis Fine Jewelry offers FREE in-store pick up on all merchandise from our website. Next Day shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on shipping costs, and the cost to insure the item being shipped. Please note: a customer signature is required on all deliveries. Please note that our items are not guaranteed in stock due to sell-through in store. If we are unable to complete your order, or if your item is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours.
Willis Fine Jewelry ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations and U.S. territories is unavailable currently. For U.S. orders and shipping with willisfinejewelry.com you must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. At this time, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
