Our Store

Phuong and Victor, began the store in 1993 with the goal to create an environment that fosters creativity, honesty and quality. Standards that include a dedication to ethics, knowledge and consumer protection.

Victor began his career along side of his father and that is where he developed his passion for the jewelry business. He started at Zales Corporation and stayed until there was a leverage buy out of the stores. Linz Jewelers hired Victor and he was soon promoted to Regional Business Manager over eleven stores.

Staff members are encouraged to always to put customer service first, also continue their education is a priority in consulting the customers. We have a Graduate Gemologist on site with degree from Gemological Institute of America. Two custom jewelers on premises and many quaified designers with minimum of twelve years experiencs. Majority of the associates have been with Willis family for at least ten years.

Phuong and Victor are committed to giving back to the community that has generously supported their business. They are proud supporters of the various community organizations such as Helping Hands, American Cancer Society, AMICA, Rockwall Women's League, CASA, Espasian, Rockwall Chamber of Commerce, local schools and many more organizations.
